Terms of Service — TKReel

Effective Date: October 18, 2026. Welcome to TKReel, operated by TKReel Studio. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TKReel websites, AI generation tools, digital asset management, and billing services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting an API Key, purchasing Credits, or using our generation tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description & BYOK Zero-Markup Policy

TKReel provides AI-powered product video and image generation workflows powered by ByteDance Seedance 2.0/2.5 and Seedream 5.0 Pro models. Under our BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model, you connect your own Volcengine Ark or BytePlus ModelArk account. TKReel charges 0% platform markup on all model tokens consumed via your own keys.

3. Commercial Rights in Generated Content

You retain full rights to lawful product photos and media you upload. Subject to full compliance with these terms and underlying model provider policies, you own all rights in the output videos and images generated through TKReel and may use them for commercial advertising, social media campaigns, and e-commerce stores without paying additional royalties to TKReel.

4. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TKReel to generate, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, harmful to minors, violent, deceptive, or infringing upon third-party intellectual property or publicity rights. We enforce zero tolerance for non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation.

5. Billing, Credits & Refund Policy

Purchases of Credits packs and subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io). Credits purchased do not expire. Because computational GPU resources are allocated immediately upon generation, all completed generations and used Credits are non-refundable. For billing disputes or unauthorized transactions, contact admin@tkreel.com within 14 days.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TKReel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum service uptime and model fidelity, we do not warrant that generations will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TKReel Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
